Each round you can make 2 trades. Each trade is a direct swap for 1 player at a time, from the same court position.
Go to your "My Team" view. Click the small red T (Trade) beneath the player you want to remove from your team. The page will refresh with a player list on the right hand side of screen. This list will only include other players IN THE SAME POSITION (either Guard / Forward / Centre). You are then restricted by your combined remaining salary cap and the value of the player you are trading out. This is shown above the list. You can sort the list according to Average Points, Total Points, etc. I normally sort by Avg. per Rd.
You can see each individual players stats by clicking on the players name.
Once you have decided on the player you want, click on the left side of the players name (can't remember exactly what it says) to make the trade. You have one last choice to cancel the trade if you made a mistake. Otherwise, click yes to confirm.
