I have only 200 with 1 person left to play (can't remember who!!!) Sort of forgot to change Ballinger from captain and put him on the bench!!

In that case I still have Henry, Corletto and Pledger as bench players but Bruton & Vukona to play in my starting 5, I didn't realise that the bench players were included.#-onoob

What happens if you forget to chose a captain?#-o

Bugger. At least the first round is not that important. Player values also don't change until 3 games played so you can fine tune your team before the prices change. Im likely to trade out the new GC import Mike English from my team. He scored 2!!!

I made a last minute change before the lockout and decided to get rid of Mills because I thought his first game would be average and I wanted to see how it would go, he had a shaky start but turned it on late in the game so I might have to find some room to fit him now or Ubaka would be another choice for $40,000 less.

Mills is not a great fantasy league player IMO, because while he will always put points on the board, his percentage wont always be high and he doesn't give you much in other catagories. He is also a risk because if the NBA lockout ends, you need to burn a trade to get rid of him.

Just remember you can only trade 2 players per round and you only have 30 trades for the season.

Good point, I didn't think about that and I wouldn't want to burn a trade if he does go.

so apparently you have to check the fixture....and make your captain a player that plays 2 games in that round.....lesson learnt.

I got 288 for round 1. I notice a few of my bench players didn't play at all so gotta try and trade them for players that will get mins.

I'm sure we'll all improve!! Abercrombie alone got me 80x2=160, but all my bench was awful except Pledger.

I don't know about Mills either.... he's likely to turn the ball over a lot.... hmmmm. Ubaka might be better value.

Yeah def think Ubaka will be a better pickup Abercombie has been very good first two games I had Wilkinson instead.
