... I ran outta money ! ... or else I would keep on going. But, I gotta stop for awhile.

I've been going strong for the past 3+ years ... everyday ... trying to find amazing Items. Sold off my entire collection like 3 different times for something I'd rather have ... I think It's come just about full circle to this point. I have a couple amazing Items that I absolutely love ... that I now plan to let sit for quite some time ... let It collect some dust and let It appreciaffy (Is that a word?).

We all say that we're taking breaks from time to time ... but when you really run outta money ... you really gotta stop and be smart for a second. ... I'm happy with what I have ... I'm done for quite awhile.

Here Is what I have ...

* One of the best tag cards ever. Need I say more ?

4602010-111outof1SteveNash.jpg

* I love Steve Nash; I almost sold this 1/1 card ... but just couldn't do It.

* My 2009-10, game worn Grant Hill jersey ... The best thing that I could ever own ... My hopes are to keep this forever. ... I love having this so much, that I don't even get It out. I just let It sit !

* This Is Game Issued (the jersey was ready for him to wear, but he did not wear It, but he COULD have If he wanted to! ) ... From the same games as my game worn Grant Hill Los Suns jersey ... Lou Amundson was awesome for that 2009-10 Phoenix Suns team ... Did all of the dirty work for the team. Rebounds, energy & grunt work (Just like Nick Collison does for OKC) ... Seemed to always have a black eye too. ... BUT, even though It's ONLY game issued ... I still love It. I got It at a great price, and It's part of my 2009-10 Phoenix Suns team that I loved, oh so much. ... He plays for the Pacers now, still doing a hell of a job.

* Christmas day (snowflake logoman!), Game worn Metta World Peace jersey. The FIRST time (Artest) wore World Peace on his jersey In an official NBA game. Season opening day for the lock-out season that we thought would not even happen. I've always been an Artest fan ... this Is quite a collectible Item. The Rodman of now (though he's NO Rodman, but you get what I'm saying). Mark my words, Artest will be In the headlines for quite some time after he leaves the game ... hopefully for good reasons though. And I love that I got to own a jersey from the historic Lakers organization. If you all remember that game from a few months ago. ALL of the stars were there, It was a great game, and D Rose won the game for the Bulls at the very end with his floater In the last seconds. Artest played 25 minutes. 4 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists & 2 steals.

* This jersey Is from December 26th, 2011 ... Day TWO of this season. This was Memphis @ San Antonio. A re-match of the playoffs from last year, where Memphis actually won the series ... then Memphis took OKC to 7 games ! (I love OKC and live In Tulsa; they just beat Miami tonight! :kick: ... but I also am a huge Memphis fan ... they're ALOT like OKC, but more physical.) Anyway, I absolutely love Tony Allen ... Just like Artest. I have a soft spot for the krazy guys, because they play with so much emotion. You gotta love / respect that. I only wish this jersey was the baby blue ones that they have, but I still like the dark blue much more than the home white ones. Tony Allen Is awesome though. Him and Artest (In my opinion) are the 2 best NON center defensive players In the league right now. And both are krazy. (Griz beat the Lakers tonight! T.A. SHUT DOWN Kobe !) If you ever watch a Memphis game (he also won a Championship with Boston!) you'll see that he does everything that the other people don't do. I also put him on that short list of players that you don't want to mess with ... KG, Tony Allen, Artest, Stephen Jackson, Jermaine O'Neal ... Basically anyone that will jump Into the crowd. ... I love this jersey though ... I got It at a great price, so that's just a bonus. Allen played 15 minutes wearing It. 2 points, 4 rebounds & 1 steal.

* My last Item that I bought, which made me have to step away. ... Hey, just because 13 year old girls love Johnny Depp, doesn't mean they respect him like Rob does ! ... I even moved Johnny Depp above Al Pacino as my all time favorite actor. That's a mega move, man. ... of course I wish the autograph could be on a Public Enemies card, or Fear & Loathing, Rum Diary, Pirates of the Caribbean etc ... but oh well ! If you actually saw the Wonka movie, It was still better than the first one ! Not many people can transform themselves Into so many diverse roles like Johnny does. Scissor hands to Sweeny Todd to Rango to John Dillenger to Don Juan DeMarco. ... He's a very unique guy. I can't name another like him & truely respect him. He doesn't even watch his own movies ! He does the movie and takes In the experience, then moves on ... how Is that not awesome ? I love It & that's what matters. ... There's 3 on Ebay that have like 30 offers on them. The sellers won't let them go for anything under $800 ... I got this for LESS than $800 ... AND It's graded 9.5 out of 10 from Beckett. :kick:

* * Thank you all for looking and reading what I ramble on about. If It was up to me, I could go on and on for hours. ... The couple Items that I have now ... are what I plan to let sit for years ... that's the plan. All of the jerseys are from MeiGray, with COA's and everything ... not from some random guy In an alley. ... Once I get my bank account looking MUCH nicer than It does right now, then I'll be back with buying. ... But this Is my break. I'm a true collector, and If you are too, then you know that your collection Is never really complete ... That's just how It Is. I have a couple of Items on mind that I would LOVE to have ... But for now, I can't afford to buy anymore ! ... So In the mean time, I'll try to save some money ... hopefully a big chunk. And drool In a state of ignorance while these Playoffs come around. - Rob

Bit of alright ? Ah man. ... I'll try to do better for you next time !
... Thanks though buddy. ... Couldn't let that World Peace jersey pass me by. Not sure If I'll ever frame any of those. They look quite nice In their boxes, away from people staring at them. ... please, no flash photography.

Awesome items mate, my favourite is definitely the World Peace Jersey!!!!!!

So much love for World Peace ! ... Nice to see !

You know he changed his name (for attention and because he's still krazy ... which Is fine with me) AND he said that he wanted to bring youth all around the world together ... FAIL.

Love the TAG mate that is Crazy well done on your feats, Also love the Artest World Peace game worn jersey, my friend is a HUGE fan and would love that game worn jersey. Congrats :)

Didn't think everyone would love the World Peace jersey ! ... I really think that's great ! ... He'll be remembered for a long time In basketball history. Jumping Into the stands and going krazy all of the time, to turning himself around ... when he could have easily vanished from the league ... now the people love him ... a Laker with a ring ! (though he sold his, which Is a great story. Not many NBA players would do that If they aren't desperate for the cash). ... I don't plan to sell any of this ... but offers never hurt.

Just a couple Artest facts:
* 16th overall pick In 1999 to the Bulls.
* Rookie season, he was criticized for applying for a job at Circuit City In order to get an employee discount.
* 2003-04 - Defensive player of the year.
* Missed 86 games for jumping Into the crowd. (73 regular season games & 13 playoff games), the longest suspension for an on-court incident In NBA history.
* Artest lost 7 million dollars In salary due to his suspension.
* In the Finals. LA beat Boston, 4 games to 3. Artest scored 20 points In the clincher and sank the team's last field goal. A 3 pointer late In the 4th quarter. After the game, Phil Jackson called Artest the MVP of game 7 against the Celtics.
