How to sort cards for display at a card show?

Hi all,

I have booked a table at the Perth Toy & Hobby Fair for the first time. So, I was wondering: what is the better way to sort cards (e.g. parallels, low-end inserts) for display in albums; by team or by series? Note these are footy cards.
