How to operate a successful card shop?

Very good advice. I currently have about 3000 game used and autos sorted by sport and team so I'm hoping that having a big selection like that will get some money rolling you know.

Id love to have boxes stacked to the sky but unfortunately you have a purchase limit so your wholesaler can make sure you have just what they believe you can sell. Eventually you go from boxes, to half cases, then full cases. No way around that. Time will tell i guess lol

How do yall feel about $5 and $10 game used and auto mega boxes. I can get the cards for easily under a buck and those little purchases can add up. You get the biggest profits from packs, supplies, and those mega boxes. The actual hobby boxes have slimmer margins unless you can get lucky and find some on mega sale. But its all good. That's retail.
