I don't know the guy or his circumstances but he's had plenty of opportunity to offer some sort of explanation and chosen not to amd has been on here a few times since all of this.

Seller didn't respond to Paypal and thankfully they have refunded me. I have negd the seller as well. Safe to say buggy78 /mistrbuggy / Jade Wiggins should be well avoided.

Yeah other than a pain in the butt nothing lost. So as good a result as possible given the circumstances. Just baffles me why people do this sort of thing. In saying that, people like this who do this crap make paypal fees go up for the rest of us. Ultimately I am glad I paid goods as I would rather cover the fees and be protected. Not like he was a noob or had bad feedback, goes to show people can just flip out at any time. I will probably never do fam friends going forward though unless I have dealt with the person before a few times.100% feedback just isn't good enough for me anymore.
