I'm about to jump back into card collecting after not tearing open a pack since 1993, and am amazed at how much things have changed.
I recently picked up a 09-10 UD hobby box as a keepsake for my first son born in March (I can't wait until his old enough to bust it open and see what's inside). I was so tempted to bust it open myself, I went out and bought 5 packs the next day.
I'm now looking into getting back into collecting 91-92 UD again (I've got quite a few still, but as I was a kid when I had these, most aren't in great condition), as well as building a collection of recent Celtics cards and a some cheapish inserts.
I have no idea where to start, but figure picking up a recent Beckett would be a good idea, and hope to learn alot on these forums.
