The place is Collector's Edge, they are in Moonee Ponds!

They sell NBA packs but they don't sell by the box. Personally I have never been there but I rang them the other day to ask what they have and this is what they have:

They also told me all their packs range from $4 -$8 besides Andrenalyn XL and UD MVP which are $1 each!
