Be careful but Tracy,
You don't want to piss him off too much as he may not leave feedback for you until you do, if he doen't budge on the shipping cost. Forcing you to leave a neg and you will cop a relatiation neg. You could all was claim the package wasn't delivered if it's not tracked and get a refund if worse comes to worse.

Understand how you feel.

You've showed him what the Post Office charges, tell him you'll add $2 more than that price to cover holder, etc. And if the envelope doesnt have that amount on it, you'll do a chargeback. simple.
