I was told by your manager (Heather), the issue concerning a missing item with my last shipment nearly 3 weeks ago would be resolved. Or at the very least there would be an update.

You have read all of the messages I sent to you on Facebook and yet, you have not been bothered to respond to me. I understand you are experiencing high volumes but an update or at least acknowledgement would have been nice.

Please ask your manager to get in touch with me as soon as possible. Thanks.

We had some issues that we let get out of hand and suddenly everything ended up falling behind while we tried to fix one issue at a time, and it's definitely a huge mistake on our end. We're done making excuses, and we're putting in the hours to get things back on track. I'll make sure Heather is aware of your issue and you'll have at least an update tomorrow.

Your service standard and response time has always been great and is one of the reasons I have often endorsed MMB on here. However that standard has not been the same as of late and I really hope it gets back to that high level sooner than later.

I usually deal with Heather directly so she should be aware of what's going. But I have also sent you a PM to bring you up to speed as well.

I have noticed a small delay since the move aswell, The first package arrived 4 days before I was notified, and todays notification is only 1 day old so it seems like they are starting to get caught up on the new arrivals. Overall I may have possibly expected a couple more dramas as I can only imagine the size of the move.
I like that they acknowledge that a few mistakes have been made, I would always prefer the truth good or bad over a BS story anyday!
 
At least they are busy rectifying things and not getting customers to pay for their pizza parties while they wait as incentive to work faster :lol:

@boosta DHL is the best way to go.

USPS is like a mix of Australia Post & the Panini Redemption Department when it comes to sending parcels: Sucks at sending (overpriced) letters and gives stupid responses to stuff.
 
Does the DHL service really get here within 3 days?
Normally obviously depending on the day you post, I find if you can get it shipped by the Friday its In Sydney on sunday and then dlvd to me sometimes Monday arvo generally by Tuesday lunch.

I have used DHL express its my preffered,

DHL local took 2-3 weeks,

And once I used the most expensive option USPS priority and that took 5 days, Being the most expensive at the time $52 I think it was, I picked it as was desperate to get a last minute gift home for my son and it was an epic fail taking an extra 2 days over DHL express which was $32, and missing the day I wanted it to arrive for I was shattered!
 
Just tried to buy some autographed memorabilia off Fanatics Authentic, but the particular piece is manufacturer direct, so they wont ship to Australia.

Looks like mymallbox.com has another customer

Well I had the details input correctly, but Fanatics Authentic's checkout popped up saying "Address Not Found". Still let's you continue though, so we'll see what happens. I'm guessing its the Suite number they probably trips it.

Just wanted to share my experience with Mymallbox vs COMC.

Mymallbox: 30/3/16 / Arrived 7/4/16
Cost US$1.75

COMC:26/3/16 / not arrived!!!
Cost: US$3 to ship / $2 to process

Mymallbox wins hands down. Less than half the price and the delivery time is much better.

I have a couple of packages that have not been received into the system yet but according to USPS they were delivered on Monday.

Items that were delivered at a later date have already been received.

Can you please look into this for me?

@jkidd05 have you heard from them or the parcels shown up on the system yet? My first item was delivered one day ago but not showing up on the system either?
