before introducing myself i would like to acknowledge this website & community as I am fully gratefull to be apart of.
When I was a youngster I used to collect cards but couldnt afford to get the ones I truly wanted.....NOW, well its abit different !!
I have found this a great hobby to choose and love it, besides this I love bodybuilding/ strength training and have been doing it for over 3 years.
so yes im new to this website and look, I dont like to tread on anyones path HOWEVER I dont like to sugar coat anything either so in other words I TELL IT LIKE IT IS and im very HONEST AND UPFRONT even if sometimes it gets me into ****... if i FEEL ITS THE TRUTH OR SOMEONES TRYING TO DO A INTERNET NERD BULLY POST I WONT HOLD BACK !!!

I just started myself in the last three months, it can be addictive hitiing the gym! Mind you, I have put on muscle, not as much as yours lol My shoulders and chest are bloody hard to build!

ohh man with training...it all comes down with NUTRITION.
eating every 2-3 hours sucks, but it works so just stay consistent HIGH PROTEIN meals any questions PLEASE ask i am more than happy to help out

creatine is VERY IMPORTANT immediatley POST WORKOUT( after workout) i suggest any BSN PRODUCTS......
