getting back into shape!

Yeah, it's much better (and easier) to do it in your 20s, than into your 30s or beyond. The other key is to be patient. Success is not going to be overnight.

Im naturally built like a rake, which does help, weighing in at 71kg while being 6ft tall... and i weighed only 59kgs when I was 18 playing basketball twice a week and 1sts footy on the weekend, so ive put on 12kgs in 3 years and im still very skinny #-o

i dont like people like you :( lol...

i had a doctor tell me once that i should never get on the scales, coz of my frame i will never be a weight that i want to be, and i should go by how i feel and look... lol..
 
Thats exactly right Matty. Get a pair of pants you think are great and aim to wear them comfortably instead.

I use body fat scales instead as muscle on your frame throws out you weight and perceptions of weight gain and loss.
