I'm assuming he would have withdrawn everything out straight away

This will leave filing a complaint with the CC company as the next step (after the Paypal win).

Hopefully the CC company will track him down and get him a large jail term

Hes on his last chance. I got an email yesterday saying his wife went into labour last Tuesday and he didnt get a chance to post the box off. But he told me definately this Monday.
If I dont get the box by this coming Friday the 22nd Ill be taking it further.

I contacted the other 2 buyers but the funny thing was one was his mate that was shill bidding for him and the other guy pulled out after he got susspended from ebay. As I had sent the money before the susspension I guess I was the unlucky 1. But you never know it still may turn up.
Ill keep everyone posted next week.
There will be one hell of a party if it EVER turns up.

But, I'll call it as i see it, I'd be doing whatever I needed to cancel the transactio now.
It's a lot of money and there's too many excuses now from the seller.
I really hope for your sake that the box comes through but from what you've posted i think the chances are very slim

Just got a reply back that he actually didnt get time on Friday and he had his girlfriend post it off this morning. Ill have a tracking number tonight so then i can find where it is to see if he has actually sent it.

Theres no way the box is turning up Scotty. I second the egging motion! Or else let us know the address and maybe us Adelaide guys can check it out. I'd be contacting the Police as well as getting your money back through Paypal immediately.
