Bro that sux. I have been a single father of three young boys for the last two and a half years after their mum turned into a junkie. And yeah its hard and sometimes it sux but the most important things to remember are..
1. the kids always come first. they didnt choose to be in the middle of it when things turn to custard and as parents you both owe it to them to try and be civil (no matter how hard it is) to each other in front of them.
2. If shes changed, shes changed. Shit happens you can cry about it for years but that still wont change anything. you have to try and move on.
3. You only have one life. this isnt a rehearsal so cut the people out who are hurting you and dont let them do it ever again. It sounds wierd but you have to take ownership of your own life sometimes and if somethings broken, fix it.

not sure y i'm writing this here as it's quite personal but stuff it and i'll try and keep it brief. I was going out with this chick 4 6 years and have a 3 yr old daughter with her then in jan she broke it off and moved to her aunts house, i looked after my daughter 2 days every week anyway i get a call about 2 weeks ago from my x she was crying and saying how it's not working out there, and knowing i was still in love with her i said she could move back till she gets a place so they moved in and about 1 week ago i was having drinks with her and my best mate then things turned sour so my buddy took off, the next day he sms'd her saying she is rude and so on then she finally came out and told me they have been sleeping together for some time, i had my suspicions but she denied it and i trusted him bcause i was mates with him since yr10 (12 yrs) , so anyway she took advantage of my feelings to move back in so she could be closer 2 him and go out at night and f*** him and as 4 him i shouted him piss every weekend. i'm just frustated so thanx 4 listening
