Nothing to me, but I'm guessing the kids are pretty keen. I thought today's junior collectors would be a bit more discerning.
Rif was selling them for between $20 and $30. The album ones in particular went like hotcakes.
I know - could not believe it either.

Might be stupid question but only just getting back into all of this. Are the starter pack ratios the same as loose packs? It seems to me after going through a bunch of starter packs that you're hitting tons of inserts in these with a fairly common theme of insert+2xBlacks+blank, or 2x inserts+1xblack+blank ...
Perhaps I'm just getting lucky at the moment, as I have seen some people say they have completely missed out but all the starters I've opened have been like this so far. Like I said, might be a dumb question but thought I'd just ask because ou guys might know better...

The starters seem to be pretty hit & miss, just like loose packs. Overall the ratios are probably close to the one insert + 2 blacks average, but I've had two inserts in a couple of starters and I've also copped one that had nothing. The fact that they're $3 cheaper than four loose packs is the main attraction.Might be stupid question but only just getting back into all of this. Yep. This years are a real nice card in hand.
I think someone at the Penrith show on Sunday was saying they hit a triple sig in one of the starters.
I'm disappointed that ESP stuffed up the Triple Sims signature card, again making the same simple stupid error by not having all three sign with the same kind of marker. Yes it does seems like Tariq and Korbin signed at the same time but QC should have made sure that the marker used by Ashton was the same.
One would have thought they would have learnt their lesson with the Vagana, Peachy & Fenech triple auto...... but NOOOO ESP have to be the trend setters for stupidity!

I can 100% confirm they all signed with the same marker. Ashton pressed harder on the pen than his brothers which is why they turned out as they did.
And that triple auto card was a APCS thing. ESP's only involvement was printing the card.

I bought 15 Starters to date and only 2 of them had 1 black as the only insert
