Ben, I would agree with you as its a 1 dollar card and really, get over it, but in the same sense, I feel that principle is also something that can not be over looked. As of this moment, this thread is a troll thread instead of someone looking out for other ebayers and collectors.

Now you should leave this nice gentleman or kid some neutral feedback, as at least he didn't send you a hammered card. Just say, "seller never completed transaction due to selling price".

That will do the same as a negative as its getting the word out. If it was for 20.00 or so bucks, then I would hit him with a RED banner in his feedback!
