I successfully cancelled both orders and have started the FB removal process. The issue is if the buyer doesn't agree to remove the FB then it is unlikely eBay will. They advised they only do so in extreme circumstances
Good outcome Brendan, it seems that they always skew these issues in favour of the buyer. I don't see why they would ever side against reputable 100% feedback sellers without investigating each case thoroughly. I reckon they can afford to lose the odd dodgy buyer (slow-paying, non-paying, non-feedback-leaving deadbeats etc, etc) but not the dependable sellers.
