EBay Seller of the Month

Apparently she was 15 or 16
After this original charge I believe there were additional charges laid and from what little public info there is around suggest that there was girls as young as 12 involved.

Yeah I can't believe it either....The scum bags been walking free for 4 years.. Our justice system sucks..

Why is he using others to sell his cards for him, that I don't really understand either

Not that I disagree with any of the posts regarding this person but we need to consider that the matter is still before the courts and he is yet to be convicted. Any detrimental postings on public forums can be used to show that the person in question cannot receive a fair trial and makes the prosecution more difficult.

give me the first stone or second I don't care, was it fair for those young girls.

I understand what you are saying but that is not the point. Despite the wheels of justice turning slowly, and they do in all serious cases, the last thing you want is for the accused to be handed a judge only trial because of posts on public forums. Charges of this nature are often much more successful for the prosecution in front of a jury.

I agree with what you are saying Brendan, I really do.
On the other hand, if it was your daughter or relative, would you want justice.
There is way to much s h i t going down in this country any we the tax payer's are footing the bill every single day.
50k a year for every single person in our prisons and they are full.
I say we bring back capital punishment.

I don't disagree with you Dave, the victims and their families are always the ones who lose out in our justice system. It certainly does not a significant overhaul starting with presiding Magistrates & Judges taking accountability for their decisions. The various corrective services have much to answer for also, recent cases being Morcombe and Jill Meagher murders. If these animals had been locked up where they belong them these hideous crimes wouldn't have occurred.

The last thing I want to see is an alleged peadofile walk hence my initial post.

Apologies for taking this thread way off track.

I call Bullsh^t, mine in the link below and no doubt another few hundred others almost identical these were auctioned at club events to raise cash for a struggling club.

Side note mine is still for sale $300ish not sure why I ever bought it, note to the kiddies don't drink to much at these club luncheons.

Looks inferior compared to yours for some reason. Perhaps andrew ettingshasuen himself would know.

He has always used other sellers to sell his cards to avoid paying taxes. There has been about 6 or so different sellers. I believe he is some sort of accountant not sure though.
12 yrs old he should be locked up
did you see what the 63 cards went for, I was a bit surprised some did not fetch as much as they did.
They were all pretty good cards for there age.
Along way from 30k that they were priced at in the early nineties.

Hey Dave did you mean you thought they would fetch more than they did?

They certainly were in great condition, perhaps the centering held them back a bit as they were all a bit off centre. Although if I had the cash I may have had a dip on them

Sellers he has used previously (including this one I suspect) were well known to have trimmed cards to sharpen them up....

Yes Ross, I thought they would have got a bit more, I put a few bids on a couple, he now has to list quite a bit more than that to defend himself, makes me wonder what an unopened pack would go for.

Remember couple of weeks ago when Clayton copped a bagging for postage,
I was just informed by a good friend not on here, but he informed about some postage on a couple of rams cards I had on ebay, EBAY had taken it upon themselves to change the costs, it went from 2.80 to get this, 14.50.
