EBay Seller of the Month

Funny his "Knights" 001 is worth $1750 - but he only schill bid the Broncos up to $1000 recently. Again, with no interest in it other than to make others pay more for it or win it on a chance and ransom it off to others.
Don't see him around these days, he's hides because there's a fair chance he'll get a smack in the mouth from someone should he front up somewhere!!

Why does Craig do this knowing that other collectors out there are wanting a certain item but he bids anyway just to make the other collector spend more $$$$? If i had $1 million dollars to spend right now i would buy Mark that Knights Mojo sapphire #001 set and just give it to him because personally i would love to see that item in his collection, K

Rob, I know him personally, and If you would like to start a line, Put me down as number 1, one day when I get back to Sydney, I am sure you will here about it on the evening news.

Does anyone know if Ebay user eskiau1 is a member here? They haven't done anything wrong, I have been interested in a couple of items which for two weeks running they have ended early and I'd like to know if they are still available.

I know mate it just got my goat up when i seen who it was.
If i see another #1 Knights on eBay will bin work it out later.
And that's the real issue Dave. It isn't that someone else got in before me, it's just because it's Craig and his morally challenged behaviour that irks people. If someone else had bought the set instead of him nobody would have batted an eyelid, myself included.

At the end of the day we all have cards that we like to chase, and the reality is, whether or not we get those cards is largely dependent on who ends up with them in the first instance. If they end up in the hands of someone in this group them 99% of the time they find their way to the right home. In this case with the Knights 001 Mojo, they were found elsewhere and ended up on Ebay falling into the wrong hands. It's nobody's fault, just the way it goes.

I look back at some of the comments made above, and in other threads, and I am comfortable in the knowledge that there are so many good people on this site looking out for each other. We can't always get what we want, but we get the best opportunity possible with the people we have here doing what they do, and everyone needs to be commended for that.

You have a great attitude Mark
Never liked him since he pulled card out the frame and sold, Fair enough if he put in his collection.
vulture always ready to come in and hold cards to ransom.

That link goes to eBay seller chickathecat right?

I believe that is Owen's eBay page

Wonder when he started that new craze?
Thing is - he's "been" a finger pointer forever pointing out sus bidding - he started this thread to out this sort of thing.
He well knows as everyone else does how obvious it is when someone is schilling up auctions. The fact that it's so obvious for the world to see - and he simply doesn't care shows how far this guy has fallen from the "high horse" he used to so proudly parade himself around on.
He told me once -
all you have is your name and reputation Rob... Obviously - those don't mean much to him anymore either

From his time on here I always thought he was one of the good guys, this surprises me.

I think you always need to remind yourself this is a hobby first and foremost.

Dave, do you think this medal belongs to Blocker Roach, yet he didnt play.
no, I don't think it belongs to him, it looks like a home made engraving, not like a professional job even if it was done on the day of the competition.
And I don't think it would be something blocker would have given away.
Check with Batboy, he may be able to give you some more info.

That is why i put it up. Very poor engraving, no mention of Challenge Cup and Blocker wasnt over there then, so i am mystified as to how he could possibly state it is his.

Edited; I meant to say ' which Challenge Cup"
