Ebay Seller = booboo391 ??????

Nah I'm always up for a good four quaters of ball sports and a few drinks as well.

Once the siren goes though its all over ;-)

Geez you show a girl a great meal and wine in a nice hotel room and look what ya get.

I'm a free agent now JaJaman. Whiety got any hot cousins, preferrably of the plain envelope variety?

And yeah I'm keen on Queens trip - remind my ass when it gets closer.

Doh, sorry to mess with your topic Mavs, not my fault mate. Was mesmorized by Whitey. Can u blame me?

No probs, I just wanted people to know how the seller operates, as I know most people here (pretty much everyone, except you) has a problem with paper envelopes.

Yeah I respect that Mavs. For me, I just dont care unless its a rare care. I realise that is a judgment call - it's all relative - hence why i havent been my usual vociferous self ;)

Too big a word for me..... lost me. #-o

But I know you mean well. Well.... ha ha ha.

Back to your Hot Topic.... I mean Heated Discussion...

vo·cif·er·ous Audio pronunciation of "vociferous"

Making, given to, or marked by noisy and vehement outcry.

vo·cifer·ous·ly adv.
vo·cifer·ous·ness n.

Synonyms: vociferous, blatant, boisterous, strident, clamorous
These adjectives mean conspicuously and usually offensively loud. Vociferous suggests a noisy outcry, as of vehement protest: vociferous complaints. Blatant connotes coarse or vulgar noisiness: “Up rose a blatant Radical” (Walter Bagehot). Boisterous implies unrestrained noise, tumult, and often rowdiness: boisterous youths. Strident stresses offensive harshness, shrillness, or discordance: a legislator with a strident voice. Something clamorous is both vociferous and sustained: a clamorous uproar.

Did you give + or - feedback or query the seller???

that and i didnt want a retalliation negative, coz ive only just started using ebay and only have a few positives so a neg would look really bad :(

sorry man im with the seller... u bought a card for a couple bucks.. he put it in a penny sleeve and toploader .. what more do u want? unless he charged something mental for postage, surely youre not fussed!?

I am with JJ on this one & the Seller, as long as the card is in a Penny Sleeve & Top loader (taped at the top) a plain envelope is OK with me as long he hasn't charged more than $2 for postage. I usually ask for my (cheaper) cards to be sent that way to save on postage and I haven't had a card damed yet :)

PS - I just re-read the post and realised Mavs paid $2.50 postage.....I would have expected a bubble mailer for that !!!

Self note. not to do trades or buy cards off Richo.

Why do people take risks?

Is it because people are dis-owning cards they have no respect for them?

Do people realise if they buy bubble mailers buy the box (100 mailers) you get each mailer for about 35c? C'mon get your heads out of your asses and do the right thing, we all know the PO won't.

Self note: Mavsman is either stupid or a real knob because I NEVER said I don't use bubble mailers when trading !!!

What is it with you Mavs ??? Is no-one allowed to disagree with the post whore ??? READ what I wrote smart arse, I said WHEN I BUY CHEAP CARDS !!!

I always use bubble mailers when trading (ask people who have traded with me) unless we both specify there is no need to !!!

I got a Stackhouse jersey card from Booboo391 during the week. White envelope, top loader. Card arrived safely. Like Mavsman, I would rather my cards arrive in a padded mailer! I can also see why the seller may be upset. Perhaps an email might have been more appropriate rather than leaving the feedback response. Just a suggestion, I don't want to upset anybody:)

While we're on the subject, I once received a Chauncey Billups UD Glass Auto Focus in a white envelope with no top loader or even a sleeve:mad: The envelope had a massive fold/crease line right down the middle. You can guess the rest. I still have it in my possesion. Can't bring myself to throw it out

Damn that sucks......sorry to read that happened dude :(

Eh whatever.....

Is the post count up to date???

Thanks Chaunce, but isnt that what feedback systems are for? To leave feedback as to how we found them to deal with. Rather than sending emails and no one knowing how they operate?
