I dont know how long she has sold like this, or how long she's dealt with selling cards before, but sooner or later, she'll have something come back and bite her in the arse. Sending cards non-protected is just asking for something to go wrong.
The auction was not for trading card protectors, if you wish to have them included, this will add cost to your postage, the protectors cost more than the price you paid for the cards. If there ever a problem, e mail before you bid, to save these misconceptions. Teresa

neg him man! Thats what ebays feedback feature is for, if your not happy about the product of how it was handled, it deserves a negative, dont be afraid to do it. Ebay's rating feature wont work if you give people positive even if they have wronged u. The next buyer probably wont even read your disgruntle message which you have put on your positive or netral feedback, they only way to ensure that he gets what he deserves is to neg him!
bought a card off an aussie ebay seller (nothing special just an Artest RC) - paid $2.50 for postage and it arrived today in a padded envelope but no toploader or soft sleave...card is undamaged but do you think it warrants a neg? I have already gotten positive feedback so there is no chance of a retalliation neg...
While I agree with this Alf, it's also hard sometimes to "let it slide" so much, as it will only take a 1-time for it to be sent again and get bent to f-ckery, then the seller would have a few upset customers.
For her to respond saying that the buyer didnt purchase top-loaders is crap, it's one hell of a lame-arse response. And to call him a noobie is a real beef of mine.
I think a Neutral would be the easiest let off I'd give.

After reading the feedback reply from the seller,,,, a Neg is more appropriate. It sounded like he couldnt take a nice neutral feedback for his mistake. So I would say he wont be a worthy member in this community...
isnt it a she. and i want to know, if the dumb ho sent say a $100 card and it got bent, then whose fault is it. or more to the point, if the stupid bitch did sell a $100 card, would she have enough awareness to offer a toploader?

Ive actually dealt with this seller a fair bit... from the correspondence ive had shes selling her entire stock and i think is pretty frustrated at the low prices everything is selling for.
The cards ive bought off her were in lots, and just wrapped in a piece of paper taped up in a padded envelope... ive bought a few more lots off her but lately her correspondence has been really (really) slow almost non-existant... im glad i saw this thread, ill be asking to add money for any single cards i buy from her to be sent in a toploader.
Edit:
Actually, after checking my ebay account, i chose to not leave any feedback at all after the previous sale because the cards took a long long time to arrive... I figured if i left neg or neutral she prolly wouldnt deal with me again, and shes selling a lot of bulk lots helping me chase down Magic players.
top loaders are a dime a dozen, if you're so tight that you dont want to send toploaders, then your an idiot. Or charge an extra 50 cents on the listings to cover that "handling" side of things.
top loaders and penny sleeves are like a common currency. I buy cards, get a few top loaders, then when I sell something else, those top loaders I got, go to the next person....big deal...and all the feedback replies she has done are down right immature.
