Yeah fair call, you are missing some solid guys. I've been VERY surprised with the Nugs all year really. I kept expecting them to drop out but then they'd grab another big scalp. They are soooo deep, they're missing Chandler and Fernandez right? Both are pretty solid.
We're not really gonna start this MWP argument again are we? He has been amazing the past month up until that elbowing.
I still say he's HUGE for the Lakers and they want him to be focused and locked in on Durant. The play that he dunked on right before the elbowing, he could'ne even do that 3-4 months ago. Career lows mean nothing. That's like saying that about a Rasheed Wallace or a Robert Horry. They cruise around uninterested all year until BIG games.
Lakers will gladly welcome him back. I still think It's OKC's time to beat L.A, but I will not be surprised if L.A muscle them out of it.
I also don't believe Lakers have been losing on purpose. But It is a nice little conspiracy theory anyway. Be interesting to see if the Nugs can send it to 7. Then they're legit I reckon.

I loved hearing George Karl in the huddle from game 3 I think. "We're not running any plays ok, I don't want any plays run, just play basketball". Quality.
Some people are turning my words, I never said they threw the games. That was a question, the question mark should have given that away.
The statement I made was "didn't play with the same intensity" and they didn't.
The period before Ron's moment, he was playing well, he stepped up big. Ron is important to Kobe.
Will either of these teams beat OKC ? They are not in the same league for me. But LA's experience would see them perform better I think.
The Nuggets have a lot of players out, which is why I feel the Lakers intensity in those two games was down. Even Kobe was laughing in the interviews when asked about Andrew's game.
Miami and OKC to play the last game.
You can laugh, but what I said was that the Lakers losing games 3 and 5 would be highly advantageous to them.
That's how it turned out, now for the Nuggets to beat them, it will be with a full strength LA team.
Everyone knows, well LA fans, that if this was a 7 gamer that Kobe would take over and win game 7. So LA didn't need to hurt themselves in games 3 and 5, the two games they lost.
I'm not saying they set out to lose. But if they did, they didn't have to stress as though it was the end of the world, in fact it was the start for World Peace.
I'm not a LA supporter, so hard to argue with that. He does have the ability to change a game and take over, more so than any of the Nuggets. But LA's time is up.
OKC and the Nuggets are the future in the West, who would have thought so with the big trades last year ?
And I thought NY were winners there, Carmelo must be hard to play with.
Will be interesting if any of these West teams on the verge look at Steve Nash.
