Cop called *****, case dismissed

I said a bad word in front of but not at a cop and had to go to court. Got a $400 fine. But the guy that hit me in the back of the head(The reason i said the word) they let go with not even a fine.

cops ordered to pay his court fees too for wasting time. this judge has it right IMO. sorry to dig an old thread back up but spotted this new news artical on the net and thought some of you would be interested to see it.

Swearing at someone else has become so common that you just learn to deal with it but swearing at anyone who is trying to do their job is out of control and usually ends in violence ! When it becomes personal it changes everything.
NightClub and pub industries etc is the worst place for abuse. Just add alcohol.
Anyone who thinks they deserve more respect than others needs to get over themselves. That includes some police officers and AFL umpires imo
What ever happened to treating others the way you want to be treated ?

This thread reminds me of a country cop that charged someone with urinating in public ! the police officer was told off by the judge in front of everyone for wasting court time

I was so sad when I missed out on one of those blow up beat the umpire toys that were being sold at petrol stations a while back
