Don't worry at all! It will all work itself out, u will get email and photo each time u recieve card and they clear it once a month or whenever u ask by replying to email
yup, you get the option. The costs involved are different however if its from your mailbox but you are always given the option for priority, standard, tracking, etc
The processing fee applies regardless - thats COMC performing their service to us. I believe its then $0.25 plus the $3 postage for each item sent to calculate the postage rate for the minimum / standard shipping rate. (If im wrong here I'm sure someone will correct me)
Once processed you can select each card on a per card basis if you wish and decide if you want it sent home yet or keep it in storage at COMC or even list it on COMC to sell again.
I think I may have also read today RE: Redemptions that comc have already redeemed. They won't be communicating with card companies if a replacement card is warranted. It's a sad day.

Hey all- once again, I have to say that the community here is awesome, as everyone chips in with great info.
As has been stated; we're not a "drop box" service...cards sent to your COMC mailbox get processed and added to your port. Once there, you can decide what you want done - if you want to sell them via COMC.com or have them shipped to you. But, the processing will happen, as that's what the mailbox was originally intended to do.
And, about redemptions...it is a sad day, in that sometimes the athlete on the redemption card can't/won't/doesn't fulfill his obligations, leaving everyone in the lurch. Also, and just as sad, the card companies don't really make an effort to contact the card owners beforehand...if a replacement is warranted, then it just gets sent out with no feedback from the customer or warning from the company. It's pretty much out of our hands, as we're the middleman in this transaction.
As always, feel free to ask any questions, I'm usually around!
Yes, there has been a lot of changing primary adresses in eBay.. as some US auctions will nto allow you to place a bid if you are not in the US and vica versa for Australia.
I've even had some emails from concerned sellers saying that they will charge me USD$30 to post a single card to OZ!! haha
Must be so annoying for the COMC.com staff having to go back and remove 'gifted' cards! I have put in all correspondence with US purchased cards, not to send 'gifted' cards.
On a positive note, I am donating them to the COMC.com charity account.
