Great idea, no support apparently.

The trade manager also marks the deal thread as complete once both people leave feedback and removes from your trade manager. There is no need to manually move threads to completed any more.

If that's not an incentive I don't know what is

it really is not that hard to leave feedback, and i will admit i was slack.
