The Performance Clause can be redeemed if the player attains the goal stated on the card. There are couple of versions, a game jersey card or a signed game jersey card could be the prize. You can redeem the card from Australia if the player achieves the goal. The prize cards will be shipped 12-16weeks after the end of the season.

Dude, what was the clause for, because obviously he has achieved it. He has had a sick season so far, best thing he did was move away from the lakers.
