For those of you who have heard about or seen the youtube videos of people trying the Ghost Chilli's and piking out half-way through - here's me blitzing it -

. Was actually quite easy.
I've got a few chili plants growing in the backyard, the Ghost pepper plant hasn't started producing chilies yet. However, just recently I did get a fair few chilis from my Carolina Reaper plant, care to try lol
Outlawninja, was quite fine. Honestly, the chilli was hot for a bit, but then it just petered away. But .... i do love my chilli. I tend to eat the baby red hot's raw while smiling.
Boonda, carolina reaper is the next on the list. One i do want to try though is the south American Chiliacua - it's a prepared pepper, dried and chargrilled until it's black. apparently the hottest prepared chilli in the world. Actually, if you're growing Carolina Reapers .... might let you know when i'm going to do it and have you send a couple my way.
Yep, that's what a taffster looks like!!!! lol. Taffster and his photobombing cat!!! All of the beers are international's courtesy of Dan Murphy's. Well, most are .... Tusker (Vanuatu) was given to me - ditto for Zamkowe (polish) and Kozel Dark (Czech) - and Little Creatures is a piece of crap boutique beer from WA.

Does make for an interesting backdrop when you're dying for a drink! hah hah I think I had a chance to invest in Little Creatures Micro Brewery, sounds like a good thing that I didn't!
lol, skip. Wasn't really that thirsty or in need of a drink actually. Besides, beer or anything alcoholic is not good when you need to stifle the heat of a hot chilli (or curry) - dairy is the best.

Yeah, I know dairy and bread is the best to absorb that heat and cold water is a typical rookie mistake (not averse to some hot food myself) but I just thought you might be the type of guy to have a beer with everything! hah hah
I grew up eating Indian food, hot vindaloos etc.
Most meals we had were accompanied by cucumber, coconut and yoghurt, all good for putting out the fire.
Had a Thai Jungle Curry on the coast here many years ago, scariest thing I have ever eaten.
We did of course ask for Thai hot when ordering
Going to the loo the next day was like giving birth to Webber bbq heat beads.
Edit:: Just spoke to my mate who put me up to this challenge and filmed it - he's happy to pay whenever. Not going to be doing it right now, however - still recovering from a could. Then again, this may be the best time - i can't taste a damn thing!!!! lol
