Sorry I haven't been on this forum. There are a handful of items which haven't been sent out and I'll get onto those tonight.
I accept the criticism, it is rude and I apologise Rob.
We have found it difficult to track a number of emails back to payments and customers given the new system and Renee has given the job back to me, which has left it in limbo as other than Monday nights I tend to be exhausted with my other work.
We also have a number of customers who leave their cards with us and pick up when they are nearby which has perhaps made me complacent.
Anyway. Criticism heard loud and clear and expect a concerted effort to improve our customer service. Renee will no longer allowed to sit and watch streaming episodes of 'Real Housewives Of" during breaks!!
Lastly, if you haven't received your cards, they are either in transit or out the door tomorrow. Motiva8dan I will look into yours - 3 weeks is a concern since I did a complete mail out less than 2 weeks ago.
