well i blew up and this was the response.
"What I can do for you as you are not 100% satisfied I will provide a free
basketball card. Please treat this as a gift; however my boss states that
P&H cannot be altered, as the P&H is a flat rate to all customers."
it does state it in the auction so it was my bad but still fuming. wont be buying from him again.
