Buyers out there who are looking to buy whole collections?

Just curious to know if there are any buyers out there who look to buy complete collections of NRL Cards?

Just wondering if there are buyers out there who look for things like this & purchase thousands of $$ of cards in one hit?

Any of the dealers look for/do this?

I am talking predominantly signature cards like young guns, top prospects, jersey cards etc plus other sought after inserts.

Ben, spoke to a dealer only a few weeks ago and he had bought about 10 collections in the last 5 months, all types of cards.
I even spoke to a dealer that he had bought cards off and they went for a song, 1 collection of playboy cards worth over 20k for 1800.
It really is a buyers market out there.
I know of 1 collection of esp cards that a particular person has paid well and truly over 10k that was bought for 2300.

As David has shown there are dealers willing to buy collections, but the collectors and dealers prices will likely differ greatly. The collector is trying to recoup money spent on a hobby and the dealers will be trying to make a dollar.

I think even in this slower period of the hobby you'd probably be better off, breaking into smaller more affordable lots and put it on the market.
