McLeans ball winning ability in close is unquestioned, but his number one weakness, and the reason I believe its a good trade for us, is his severe lack of leg speed. As others on here have said, if you're a Melbourne fan at games, and watch him closely, you can see how he 'tries' to chase and put pressure on opposition mids, but it looks like he's running in quicksand.
