I would say it’s because you weren’t a bot they only sold the general release to bots

Frankly this would not surprise me at all. I'm guessing they oversold the product and somehow decided that I wasn't getting mine.

Just picked mine up I think that’s them. I will say when you get the card from the P.O. Box and it’s card related or at other times when i hear the words Select, Scanlens or trading cards I am not sure it’s called an addiction or an affliction as i tend to react like this

Thanks cotch, they've at least acknowledged the ticket that I've raised for this. I hope they're looking into it and realise it was a mistake at their end.

I will not, however, be holding my breath.
