Boxes haven't arrived - what to do?

yep paypal claims should always be lodged if you haven't got the item before the 45 days is up, there's still another window before you have to escalate a dispute to a claim. never use ebay they are useless paypal are better.

After 6 days from lodging my dispute regarding boxes not received the seller refunded my money totally back to my Paypal account.

Well done to Galasports. Feel comfortable with this seller everyone.
If the boxes turn up I will pay him again but I am extremely happy to have a quick resolution.

Would much rather have had the boxes though.

well done getting your money back. I bought a card once and never recieved it, did a claim and found in my favour but he had taken the money from his account and I never got it back... Good on Galasports

I wonder if he just didn't want to sell them so cheap and therefore refunded your money......it seemed odd that he didn't reply to your e-mails !
