Black Gold "Rare" Parallel

Hi guys bit confused about the Black Gold Parallels. The panini checklist and Beckett say there are 6. Has anyone seen or know what the "Rare" parallel is?



Does it have "Rare" written on the back just as "Uncommon" (Silver parallel) does, is it almost as rare as a 1 of 10 or 1 of 1?

I've searched active and sold listings on feebay and nothing... very confusing.

What am i missing here?

Any help appreciated.

Ok so it looks like they exist... found one. I think someone got a bargain here...?

Anyway any more gems of wisdom on this one appreciated. It looks like it is Rare... but just how rare?

I think they're doing a flair showcase thing - three different sets with the same number, but different ratings (common, uncommon, rare) each with a different image/effect.

I don't often complain about Panini but having a card called "Black Gold Black Gold" and "Black Gold Bronze" is freaking stupid. Just the same as them calling them Prizm Prizms. That would have been like Topps calling a set Refractor Refractors.

Idiots sometimes.

Ive got one, just checked , 3 uncommon silver or platinum
And gold Dwight Howard that says RARE on the back white line,
The front of the gold is darker in the background than the normal cards
