Chris, it comes with 30 sheets and each sheet will take 6 cards in top loaders, the binder itself is HUGE (wide) and will take more sheets that you will ever need and/or use.

I just bought some pages a while back, I have them in an A3 folder (which is huge, but cheaper than the folder).

Highly recommend the pages for holding toploaders though.
