Rogerbid23 - Thanks
Well, the set would be impossible, as one particular card would not be able to be obtained, as one guy owns 9 of the 10 patches and the other, is in a pals collection as part of their set. But seriously, as wild as it would be to attempt, it would be waaaayyy to costly and impossible to do.
spphill5 - Thanks, I really like the way they show up on display, which s why I have run with this sort of craze for the players I really like each and every year.
I am looking to complete 2 more, the other Suns guys in Amare and Shaq. Thats what I aimed for.
Thanks for asking matey.
Well, I'll making do with what I can, thats about as honest as I can be to be honest. Things certainly are not much brighter, but am trying to get my mind off things and trying to get back into cards, share a bit of joy and banter on the boards again, by sharing what I have completed and picked up is a start in that. I'm definitely trying to look "forward" in life, and not "back" as hard as it is, but as much as I can.
I'm starting to enjoy the past 2 days being back type thing, seeing what everyone is doing and seeing what sweet cards people have picked up and what everyone is chasing type thing. Lots of new faces, yet, some of the old ones still here, which is good that the hobby is moving along.
I'm trying to balance my time with many things, but will try my best to hang around and enjoy more than just cards, but the people that make up the hobby like yourself etc etc
As i'm pretty sure if this does not work out, I will be gone from the hobby for good. I won't leave the friends I have managed to pick up and interact with all these years, but being into cards, for the love of it etc etc will just die off.
sirdylan - Thanks, glad you do. If you want to see some of the ones from prior years, I can show you guys if you want?
aussie2al - Thanks matey.
Ummmm, I thought I just answered Ha ha ha
In that particular year, I have now done 3
I have 2 more to go, thats Amare and Shaq. I went after the Suns guys, as I had high hopes for them. But that didn't last last, with Shaq joining King James.
