I am just surprised these kinda buyers exist..... The thread below is created by a HK member and is a well respected member there.

Jon, you don't have to block him, buyer only buys $2 cards and not $200 cards.

Why even take the risk of selling damaged cards. Stating nmmt is no real excuse to selling damaged cards and the buyer should not feel that it is enough info because allot of damage will not show up in a photo no matter how blown up it is.
If he/she is running an online business and takes the chance that the buyer might not be happy with the card (not everyone will ask specifics about condition) then it is his own risk. Perhaps The buyer is sick of buying cards for his collection that arrive with more damage than actually stated. Lost count how many times this has happened to me as a collector

As Nick stated, having 2 accounts sounds pretty dodgy too...
