Artbox Ent. Redemption Cards?

I got a redemption for Dame Judie Smith from a Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
It is expired, I know. But are they a company known for making an exception when stock is available?
I've sent an email a few days back and still no response, so I thought I would give it a shot here.

I'm hopeful, but realistic.

Aidan, I remember reading that Artbox's licence expires on 30 June 2012, so they are honouring redemptions until that date.

This is only what I recall reading on other sites such as nonsportscardforum - I have never tried to get anything from them myself. You could try asking on NSCF and I'm sure someone will give you a definitive answer.

Cheers mate. What would be the best way to send off a redemption to them? i've never sent a redemption before, and this auto is something I'd definitely like to be packaged correctly.
