Anyone Interested In Getting Cards Graded?

I would recommend shipping via Express Courier International to the US - you can box up your cards and put them into the ECI bag - takes 3 days to get there and is trackable online. Probably worth putting some insurance on it as well.

Yeah i reckon the quickest way possible is gonna be the safest and insurance is a good option!

Also just wanting others opinion's...what do you think of grading 1/1's? Waste of time because there is only 1 anyway? Because im half tempted even though i know it wont get a 10, i just like cards slabbed i think...hmm

I don't think it's a waste, I had a JR rc 1/1 graded, basically for it's casing, to keep it safe. I ended up getting a 9.5 for it, that was a bonus!

Ok guys so Im nearly finished my last few assignments for the semester and will be looking into getting interest and numbers together for sending a package away for grading! So i think the best way is to either PM me or reply here with a list of the cards you want to send away to be graded. Now when I have to list the cards before lodging the form can I ask you please use proper names for them like you would find on Beckett so I don't have to do them for everyone, I'm happy to help out if you can't find it, for example...

Say I have this card I want to send away for grading.

Then go to beckett.com and search for the card using any information possible on the card, so in this case... name (marquis daniels), year (2003-04), card number (115), name of card (bowman signature) and anything else that can help you identify the card. Depending on the how many cards there are made of it with different print runs etc. you may have to search till you find the proper print run. You should eventually end up with something like this http://beta.beckett.com/item/333554...-Edition-115-Marquis-Daniels-AU-RC/?tab=Price

So I would list the card as "2003-04 Bowman Signature Edition #115 Marquis Daniels AU RC"

If you could do that for each card that would be a massive help and maybe print it out to send to me aswell when you send your cards and check each card off to make sure they are all there.

Ummm i think that's about it for now, if i think of anything else I'll add it :)

I been so busy I forgotten to put my submission in! Remind me on facebook nick before you send them in mate! My apologies!

Yeah thats cool mate, will see how busy my plates going to be with study when I go back next week and maybe organise something

Seeing I started this thread a few months ago asking you if you wanted to get cards graded you may think im still up for it, but I'm not going to be getting anything done at the moment so someone else take over this responsibility. I'll still be able to help out if you need any info/advice about it all :v:
