VG95 is the last prefix of the first series of the new polymer notes

My mate was sorting through his grans place after she passed away and found a money box containing 150 of those round 50c coins + a heap of old bank notes and stamp books from the early 1900's.

Wow, over $2000 just in 50 cent coins. And our coins started in 1910 so anything before that will be english

I don't know Matthew but that's cheap going off my book, some of those note are over $10,000 each as they're star notes and first and last prefix. Yeah I know..wish I had a hand full. Just look at it as a sign of the times and shows how bad things are getting for some.

I saw them over $34k. But if they are worth $10k each then I suppose $34K isn't much

Some are worth more, that was just an average I think they'll get relisted but I bet they have "Best offer" or "buy it now" next time. Jesus, what were they thinking, that'd be like us putting our hole collection up and gettin offered $20
