Anyone ever had any problems with "Dad & Daves" on ebay?

Recently i purchased a patch card that had come creases that were NOT mentioned on the listing.
I have wrote to him twice yesterday and early this mourning, without a reply.

I have opened a Paypal dispute "Item Not as Described".

But has anyone ever had any issues with this seller??

Yeah we went 50/50 on the loss as I got refunded 50% as he sounded like he genuinely didn't know about the creases.
