hey guys,

over the past few weeks some of you may have been noticing that ive changed the players i collect a fair bit. this has partly been to the fact that i just got unemployed....

ive been in the crossroads lately but i think i have made my decision. ive narrowed the players i collect down to 4. they are Dwight Howard, Corey Maggette, Paul Pierce & Becky Hammon.

from now on, these will be the players i collect.

thought id share that info with everyone.

thanks,
andy.

Does that mean your JJ's are available? If so PM me with a list and what you want for them, cheers Andy :)

sorry about ur news.... hope u get employed again very soon...

well, 4 players are actually still alot of cards to be chased.... good luck with that...

Hey Andrew, welcome to the unemployed que ... i joined it 3 weeks ago  . Other than enjoying the break (i worked for 11 yrs ) and this is the 1st time i am unemp. The bad news for me is there is $0 to spend on cards but i am enjoying the time away from it and once i get a job (hoping for an interview next week) i should be up and running.
Back to the topic, I have chopped and changed my pc guys as well but what i find is that your other pc's will grow better ..... good luck and hope you find a job soon buddy  .

hey Andy, so sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation... I'm sure you'll find somthing else soon :) .

good luck with your narrowed down player focus.....

Hey Andy & Ace, I feel your pain. I got told by my work to take a 2 week holiday, and then was let go during this time. Glad I knew how they operated, so immediately registered with Centrelink.

Anyway, good luck with the new focus. Pity you didn't want to get rid of your Dwighty's...

;)

Low bastards. Its something my work would do. If we have a casual we arent happy with the boss is too gutless to walk up and say your out. So instead he tells him that its not busy enough to have him here (but its obvious to anyone its busy) and tells him to ring in next week . So this guy walks away thinking he will get more work next week and doesnt bother looking for a job cos he thinks he still has one. Its bullshit.

Yeah, being in Office Admin, I had seen how they treated some of their casuals in the warehouse, so I knew the deeper meaning of the message. Fortunate for me, as I also used to process the new employees, and the production of separation certificates if they asked for them, that I could sign my own from them, and hence I was able to register immediately, not when they let me go later.

Anyway, got an interview coming up at a location a lot closer to home (travel wise), so things are going OK.
