So you don't think Mark Ricuttio, Michael Voss and Adam Goodes (all Brownlow winners) or players like Buddy Franklin (NT), Nathan Buckley (NT/SA/QLD). Ben Cousins (WA), Dean Cox (WA) and even your "great" Matthew (the Sook) Richardson (from Tasmania) rate as decent footballers. I could name may others.

And as for your "greats", you have had 2 good years and probably 1 hall of fame inductee, but that is it. We have an inaugural legend, another legend and 3 members of the team of the century. You will never be able to match that

I am hoping to order my set tomorrow night - I have decided to bite the damn bullet, even if it has to result in a six-month self-imposed buying ban!

If you look at the likes of John Kennedy, Charlie Sutton, Lou Richards, Bob Skilton and Bob Davis (with no disrepect intended to the other players included), part of the reason I love the release is that they truly empitomise what the "Heritage" part is all about - they are outright, bona fide legends at their own club as well as being AFL Hall of Famers.

Look at it this way, its only $165 a card numbered to */100.... most redemptions numbered to 100 with players of legend status sell for way more then that.... im tipping the first person who list on ebay will get back a 60-80% proft.

After the first few who knows.... listed again in 10 years.... maybe 100%... its a hard market to judge though...
