here is the breakdown:

there have been a hike in post office prices so the best i can do for you is $14. the mailing cost $10.10 (first class international) +$1.05 (certificate of mailing, i require this as proof that i mailed it) plus $1.75 for the bubble wrap envelope. that is a total of $12.90. i am also including a $1.10 for handling ( i have to drive to the post office) grand total of $14.00. this is the best i can do to insure safe delivery of your package. i have 100% positive feedback as a seller and i have mailed around the world with buyers having no problem with my shipping charges. 100% of them recieved their package and are happy.

i can't go lower than this. you can check the rates at usps.com yourself.

what do you guys think,ive never been charge this much,i did save $29 US on the card buy putting in a offer though

At first I'd have told them to stick it, but it you're getting a bargain, I'd take it mate.

If the same card could be had for a few bucks difference, I'd think carefully, but would probably tell them to keep it.

But postage doesnt cost that much. He could of course be sending Global Priority, which has had a price hike.
