Absolutely livid rite now!!

I feel for you. My cousin got married on 1999 GF day. I missed the most controversial GF in history. They were close to an hour late for the ceremony as they were watching it in the limo. SPEWIN'

My brother renewed his vows with his wife back on grand final day in 2003. They went all out with a ceremony and function afterwards.

I choose to go to a bbq with my mates and watch the footy

His wife was pissed at me for years. Seriously who renews their vows after only 5 years of marriage.

Went to a wedding a couple of years ago and a Test match was on.

In the old days, people used to sneak out for a ciggie or what not.

Nope...men and women, were out watching the tiny TV in the staff room or quietly, sneakily get txt updates. LOL.

I wouldn't go to anything on GF day or during the two weeks of Xmas and NYE (MCG and SCG Cricket tests).
