I'd never thought I would get as excited over a base parallel card mailday as I did today but I have to say these cards look awesome in hand.

They certainly have the 90's PMG look and feel to them without the price tag.



It wont be the last one from this set ill be picking up!

damn, pmg's just got jacked by panini!! i always knew that this would happen i never wanted to write it cos i know they peruse the site and was hoping they'd never do it......not impressed...you cant replicate a classic, they've also picked a ****e product to chuck it in, they should have sat on it a bit longer and picked a decent release to chuck it in....imitation is the best form of flattery but this sucks balls

I hearts you slobby, but i dont care, a good looking card is a good looking card. I think your pissed that you had to spend $896878 on a Pippen and the same style card (numbered to 499 mind you) cost me $2!

Considering most of Panini's card designs are crap and repetitive throughout their products (in my opinion), these are some of the better I've seen and I'd rather a few decent imitations than a continuous bucket load of turd.. even if their not quite the same.

Nice pick up Matt, gonna have a look at some of these now

if they were to 100 id be on them like kobe on that chick in his room that time...the 499 is the killer....although the green is a separate numbered subset, disappointed that they totally jacked pmg but thought "nah we'll try and pretend we didnt by making a black version and a green version but both separately numbered...hackler and panini i know ur reading this....we know u jacked it but you could have made it a 100 card set, card numbered 1/100 be black (yes its a 1/1), 2-10/100 green, 11-100 red....you guys really need to start thinking more about this sh!t...seriously..if my 2000th pippen is going to be a panini card (and it fricken will be i can feel it) put a bit more god damn effort into it.

I agree their parallel's are crap, parallel base cards for example that are exactly the same as base. Mind you, having them make it a set /100 it would still be a set jacking

There's something about these cards that grab me also, looks like Panini have their finger on the pulse and I like it.

I'd like to see a legendary set of these in all colors.
