Unless a billion asians vote him into the starting 5, and I still dont see him getting enough votes to get past Rose and Wade in the East, and I would be pretty darn sure that most coaches would look at his PG stats of 5.7 APG (only 17th in league) and an A/TO% of 2.19 (well down at 32nd in league) and realise that there are probably a few better PG's running around in the East, Williams and Rondo to name just 2. Give any PG in this league a 31% usage rate and they would produce as well, example being Darren Collison 2 seasons ago when he started for injured Paul. He went gangbusters for about 2 weeks...and now? He is now a mid range PG, which is where Lin stands, at best, and it would be a travesty if any player misses out on an All Star spot in place of Lin, who is the perfect example of a "flash in the pan". Rant Number 2 now complete.
