Sell that shit. Sell it now! 20k for a NT card of a player who has been playLin well for a month!? Benefit from those fools wilLing to pay that so you can set up many years of financially secure card collectLing. Plus in a years time you will be able to buy it back at 1/10th what you sold it for.

Makes for perfect reasonLing to me.

Spot on!

100% agree. Most of the fools willing to part with thousands of $ for a guy who will never even see an All-Star Game are guys who went to Harvard, have heaps of money, but not even the smallest amount of an idea of how this great hobby works, so they are "Buying Now" on everything that they can get their hands on, paying through the nose, so keep taking advantage of the Harvard suckers (I bet Obama has started a Lin PC) and set yourself up for whatever you choose to do, just SELL NOW!

where do you think the best outlet to sell one is? the bay? i have a rookie auto from prestige /199 sitting at home i don't even collect him... was unsure if i should sell now or wait think i am leaning to sell at the minute lol

Yep you have to sell, if I can double my outlay on my cards i'll sell so 5x profit you'd be as mental as the dudes buying them if you didn't flog them off

I would say the bay. Only thing is list it on the US site, but you might have to wait 21 days for payment to clear in Paypal because they hold onto you funds until the buyer receives the cards. F****ers.

Unless a billion asians vote him into the starting 5, and I still dont see him getting enough votes to get past Rose and Wade in the East, and I would be pretty darn sure that most coaches would look at his PG stats of 5.7 APG (only 17th in league) and an A/TO% of 2.19 (well down at 32nd in league) and realise that there are probably a few better PG's running around in the East, Williams and Rondo to name just 2. Give any PG in this league a 31% usage rate and they would produce as well, example being Darren Collison 2 seasons ago when he started for injured Paul. He went gangbusters for about 2 weeks...and now? He is now a mid range PG, which is where Lin stands, at best, and it would be a travesty if any player misses out on an All Star spot in place of Lin, who is the perfect example of a "flash in the pan". Rant Number 2 now complete.

People power will decide it lol, if he is putting up decent numbers and still in the spotlight then boom, let the all star voting system controversy be revisited!

Absolutely, let people power decide. His numbers are unsustainable once Melo and Amare are both back and playin, and by the time All Star voting starts for next year, there will be another flavour of the month. Not sure if it is a "controversy" as much as a "popularity contest" which most people realise is the case by now. Just ask Shaq fans when Yao was beating him out for the starting Centre spot way back when.

go lin, just sold to rc on the bay, 32.70 has that was gold, this is a no brainer

It's controversial because people want to say fan voting is not fair, well not letting the Asia region vote because they influence who gets in too much is a small price to pay for huge NBA exposure. What else could be done? Let media and coaches pick all players? NO THANKS haha

I think you're forgetting the time a couple years back when Yao got voted into the starting lineup when he was injured. ;)

And I think that you completely missed my comment (which was quoted in the post directly above yours) about Yao beating out Shaq, so not only had I not forgotten about it, I even noted that in my initial rant (one of many lol). At least Yao was a Number 1 pick with high expectations that he delivered on (at least at first), which gave him instant credibility with voters, even US voters. Popularity of Rose vs Lin...I'd take Rose every time.
