Well its not the test refractor like the ones in the early 90's but from a test print sheet given out to Topps employees and trimmed.

BTW for the Ballhawks, as it is a test refractor does that mean it's supposed to have a greenish colour? Or is that still a result of fading?

So where the earlier ones such as the 1994-95 Lottery prize test refractors inserted in packs? Also how do you tell the differance?
