I think I'm a bit delayed here, but I am so sorry for your loss Kyle. You and your extended family.
I can't say I know
exactly how you feel, but I know how things can feel after a death as I have had a very rough 2 months myself (my grandfather on 1st Dec, my pup Dale a week later, and recently my friend lost her baby Annabelle a few weeks ago).
The only advice I can really offer is this:
Whether you believe or not, those you love and cherish will find a way to show you they are with you always (in my Pa's case, he has been stalking my mum). Even when you feel alone and feel like the world is all over, they are always there in your heart.
And believe me when I say, if you feel something on your shoulder and you turn to see no one is there, just remember that it could be them letting you know they are watching you.
Death isn't the end of a life, it's just an event. A passage we all must take at some stage. The after-life is a much better place where everyone feels no more pain.
If you ever want to talk or some advice, just PM me.
Many hugs, prayers, and thoughts of happiness I shall be sending your way.
Amanda (and Josh)
